These terms govern use of the Hire Stack website and the Hire Stack recruitment CRM. By using either, you agree to be bound by them. Hire Stack Limited reserves the right to update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
1. The service
Hire Stack provides an AI-native recruitment CRM and applicant tracking system to UK staffing agencies and in-house recruitment teams. The current commercial offering is the Perm plan at £150 per user per month plus VAT. Temp and Mixed plans are in development.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance per active user seat. There is no fixed-term contract — you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing month. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time customers; if you cancel within 30 days of first sign-up we will refund the most recent month in full.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hire Stack to: (a) process personal data in breach of UK GDPR or other applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other customers' data; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract bulk data outside the documented APIs; (d) resell access to the service without a written reseller agreement.
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you upload to Hire Stack ("Customer Data"). Hire Stack acts as a data processor for Customer Data; the customer is the data controller. Our processing obligations are set out in our Data Processing Addendum (available on request).
You may export Customer Data at any time during your subscription. On termination we will retain Customer Data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it.
5. AI features
Hire Stack includes AI features (CV parsing, candidate matching, conversational assistant, email generation). AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed by a human before being sent to candidates or used in hiring decisions. Hire Stack is not liable for hiring decisions made by customers in reliance on AI output.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance via email. Unplanned outages are addressed on a best-effort basis.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
