Why we built Hire Stack
Recruitment teams spend more time wrestling with their CRM than they do speaking to candidates. Existing tools (Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Recruit CRM) are powerful but heavy — every workflow is built around forms, dropdowns, and report builders that take weeks to learn and months to master.
Hire Stack starts from a different premise: a recruiter should be able to ask the CRM a question in plain English and get the right answer back. CV parsing, candidate matching, LinkedIn capture, and email outreach all run through a conversational AI assistant. Recruiters are productive on day one because there are no menus to learn.
